You will own the GNC stack from algorithm through flight software through hardware-in-the-loop validation.

Working closely with the propulsion and aerothermal leads, you will shape the closed-loop guidance, control authority, and terminal performance of the interceptor across its operating envelope.

The work

What you will do.

  • Own algorithm design, simulation, and flight software for GNC.
  • Build the HIL and flight validation pipeline.
  • Translate research-stream findings into deployable control architectures.
  • Define the interface between GNC and the broader avionics stack.

The fit

What we look for.

  • Experience shipping GNC for missiles, interceptors, UAVs, or analogous fast vehicles.
  • Comfort across modern controls, estimation, and embedded software.
  • Track record of taking algorithms through simulation to flight.
  • Bias for shipping the deployable version, not the publication-quality one.
